How do I clean my OIVIO FIT?

Simple and easy! All you need is a standard sneaker clear detergent, a soft sponge/soft bristle toothbrush, and some warm water. 

Run your OIVIO FIT under warm water, gently scrub the sole using a toothbrush and the knit using a sponge to clean the dirt, then rinse well. After washing, please let shoes dry in a well-ventilated area, away from direct heat.

We do not recommend the use of a washing machine to clean your OIVIO FIT. The agitation of a washing machine may scuff or fray the knit material or warp the internal waterproof layer.

How can I prolong my OIVIO FIT's life?

If you need to walk across roads covered with chemical or salt, usually applied because of snow, please rinse your OIVIO FIT on regular basis since salt can erode the soles of your shoes.

When taking off your shoes, do with your hands rather than kicking them off with your feet. And while it’s not necessary, we do recommend wearing socks with your shoes to help wick moisture and prolong the lifespan of your shoes.

Are OIVIO FIT totally Slip Proof?

OIVIO FIT is super slip resistant (but not slip proof and we believe there won't be a 100% slip proof shoes in the market).

To keep you stay firm, two key factors were considered in crafting the outsole – 1. Functional tread pattern and 2. Strong and grippy material. The special grid pattern allows water and oil move away from the sole easily, making it less likely to slip than a flat soled shoe. The high-grade synthetic rubber provides extra grippy, soft, and durable performance.

Our outsole has passed EN ISO 20344: SRC – slip-resistant test, ensuring you an occupational safety footwear grade performance, which provides a trusted and safe walking experience on floors even coated with water, snow, oil, grease, and more.

That being said, some surfaces (like metal or ice) when slippery will always be more difficult to navigate and in those situations we always advise you to be extra careful!

Does the waterproof feature wear off?

Our waterproof feature is not a surface treatment — it’s the construction method!

Each pair of OIVIO FIT constructs with a breathable, waterproof sock layer.

This keeps your feet stay dry for your shoes' entire lifecycle.

Where are OIVIO FIT made?

OIVIO FIT shoes are designed in Spain, Hong Kong, and manufactured in China.

What’s the return policy?

We offer 7-day unconditional full refund and 30-day returns on all orders, upon receipt of the product. Your OIVIO FIT can be returned for an exchange. In order to make a refund or return, the product must be in new and unworn condition, with the original packaging contents enclosed in the original box.

Please note, we only offer either one return or exchange per order. Unless its manufacturer defects, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging and returning your item.

We reserve the right to reject any returns, requests for exchanges if the item does not meet the above requirements.

When will I receive my exchange order?

Once we receive your shoes back at our warehouse, we'll inspect the condition of your package. When its approved, we'll send you a new pair right away.  

For orders in North America (Canada and USA), please allow 7-10 business days to process your returning item(s).

Where does OIVIO FIT ship to?

Owing to our business scale consideration, currently, we only ship to the United States. Our goal is to be able to offer OIVIO FIT across the world, so we’re working hard to bring the magic of OIVIO FIT to more locations worldwide!

Taxes and Duties

The prices shown on the website do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees.

Depending on where your shipping location is, your country’s customs office may impose import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), and/or taxes. For all orders, all the fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon arrival.

Does OIVIO FIT run true to size?

OIVIO FIT runs true to EU size, and we provide also the equivalent US, UK and Japan size (CM) for reference! So, go with your most common EU sneaker size. If you’re a half size, you can size up for a loose fit - or down for a more snug one.

Does OIVIO FIT offer wide sizes?

We do not have wide size. OIVIO FIT comes with standard, medium-size width. But our stretchable knit and the waterproofing yet breathable sock layer material may be flexible enough to comfortably accommodate a slightly wider fit.

Is OIVIO FIT really 100% vegan?

Yes! All materials, dyes, adhesives and packaging are 100% vegan! No animals were harmed in the making process.

What if I have a latex allergy?

If you have a latex allergy, OIVIO FIT might not be suitable to you.

The midsole is made out of lightweight, recycled EVA, and the outsole is made of rubber. There is a chance that you would have reactions to the rubber material.

Does OIVIO FIT breathable?

OIVIO FIT is tested with fully waterproof performance. Our waterproof sock layer contains millions of pores which is small enough to prevent outside water from getting in, but large enough for heat and moisture from our feet to escape!

OIVIO FIT is also tested and proved more breathable than traditional waterproof footwear like rubber boots. Please be mindful that waterproof shoes will always be less breathable than normal jogging shoes, but surely its nice to have another option other than heavy, clunky boots in the rain!

Do I need to wear socks?

Its up to you! OIVIO FIT is breathable, so you can choose to go with or without socks.

However, we do recommend wearing socks because they tend to help wick moisture and heat away from your feet, improving comfort and preventing early wear of the shoe.

The ORIGINAL - ankle boot is hard to put on

It’s normal for the ankle opening to be quite firm to start! In order to make sure no water will enter through the shoe opening it’s important for new pairs to be snug enough to adapt to your foot shape over time.

The more you wear them, the more the upper knit and ankle opening will stretch to accommodate and create the perfect shape around your feet.

No worry, after a few more wears the ankle opening will have loosened up to become the perfect fit for your feet. We recommend a shoehorn in the meantime!
